Why My Friends Suck
This entry is being written per Jamie’s request.
So come the end of Thursday night at Jillian’s I thought I had convinced a sizeable group of people to go to the Last Supper Club with me. I was happy with Thursday’s festivities and looked forward to going out Friday night. Friday roles around and David’s the first to go; apparently he lost his voice or some such bullshit Thursday night. My friend who was also going to go decides he’s too lazy to drive down to my place… 2 down. Then Kat tells me she has some other crap to do (that’s three). Sooo, basically it was down to me and Jamie… and Jamie was somewhat on the fence after hearing about all of our lame friends.
Wow… so much for that. Or at least that’s what I thought until freakin’ Jamie saved the day. All of a sudden Jamie’s going and she got Jules to come along as well. After a power nap Ash decided to go too! Wow, our crew just doubled in size and now I’m going clubbing with 3 girls. Can you say muthafuck’n p.i.m.p?
Well… I would have been p.i.m.p. except for I had my retard hat on for some reason. Driving around looking for parking seemed to take forever and when we finally decided just to pay at a lot I lost the ticket thingy for like ten minutes in the car. Finally! off to the club… oh wait, where’s Kevin’s wallet? Still in the car. Back to the car I walk.
Once we got in there things were pretty chill. Watching DJ Rectangle mix proved difficult because girls are allowed to dance right in front of him on stage. Good for him, bad for me. Even though this was the second time I had seen him play I was still amazed by his skills. Unfortunately I felt like his talents were wasted on most of the club goers there, time after time he would do something mind-blowing only to receive no props.
Jamie and Jules decided to cut out a bit early and so after saying our farewells Ash and I danced till the place closed down. Driving home was like running a Seattle PD gauntlet, they were everywhere! Not to worry, we made it home with out incident.
Big up to Jamie for sticking to her decision to go even after most everyone else bailed. The whole night could easily have turned into one crap fest and I would have had to reassess my friendships with all involved. Actually I would have let everyone off the hook except for David because I like to give David crap. All that talk at Jillian’s about him being my boy… lies!

Aw yeah, it was a good time. I actually was really hesitant to leave the club early when it came down to it (maybe it was that last shot, haha). And it was a great change of scene. But yeah, I wouldn’t take the cancellations personally. :/ Eh, I mean yeah, I’d be pretty disappointed if it happened to me, but try not to look too into it. I mean look at all the times your friends do follow thru in being there. Maybe Thursday was just an anomoly of bad circumstance!
(ah perpetual optimism). I dunno, no matter how frustrated I get with my friends, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. As that is what I’d hope of them as well. Wow, I didn’t mean to write all this. Crap. De ja vu..?
Argh okay, hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend. And yeah, it was cool Ash came out as well!

Yeah I know, I’m not taking it personally at all. I just like to give everyone crap. The entire post was written very sarcastically

Lol, oh crap. Yeah there needs to be a sarcasm tag. And I’m a dork. Delete comment? Hahah.. oh well.

Funny you mention that because I contemplated putting a sarcasm tag around the entire post but decided it would be extremely nerdy.
